Miracle Network
It's our intention to improve the health and well-being of
children and
families across the country. We are proud to partner
with Foresters who has helped
Children's
Miracle Network raise more than $330 million since 1990 to
ensure
all children have access to the quality specialized health care they
deserve.
Children are different. They need health care that focuses on their
unique
needs, involves their parents from start to finish and is provided in
places
designed to be kid-sized and child friendly. Children require extra
time, extra
monitoring, specialized medications, and caregivers with the skills and
compassion to understand the needs of children. That's why all
children need children's hospitals.
And that's why we’re proud to partner with Foresters, a
non-profit-members
insurance company that supports children's hospitals across the United
States,
Canada and the United Kingdom.
Twin Towers Orphan Fund
We are proud to support the Twin
Towers Orphan Fund that has raised
over $4 million to fund 700 educational savings accounts of
children who
lost one or both of their parents in the attack of September 11, 2001.
In
addition it has allocated $2.2 million for mental and physical
healthcare
assistance, awarded over $700,000 in direct assistance and as well as
began a
fund for children of future terrorist attacks.
