Who do you know that recently started a business?

A person that starts a business has enormous responsibility to his customers, family, and business partners.  Depending on his/her role in the business a death or disability would affect a lot of people.

	Could the business continue without this person? (Or would it dissolve because this person is irreplaceable?)
	Would a replacement need to be hired? (How much would a replacement cost?)
	Does the business have the available cash to pay the replacement and continue funding the business at the same time? (Or will there be a need for a surplus of cash?)
	Does the surviving business partner have a workable relationship with the surviving spouse? (Or will the surviving spouse need to be paid off for his/her share of the business?)
